Measuring approximately 21.3 inches overall, the Norsefang Longseax™ features an approximately 15-inch blade, making it an impressive addition to Viking, Norse, medieval, and historical knife collections.

Viking-Inspired Long Seax Design
The Norsefang Longseax™ draws inspiration from a historical Baltic seax associated with the Viking Age.
Its elongated blade and traditional handle construction give the piece a distinctive historical appearance suited to Viking and Norse-themed collections.
256-Layer Damascus Blade
The sharpened blade features 256 layers of 4340 and 1070 Damascus steel, creating a visible pattern across the long blade.
At approximately 15 inches in blade length, this is substantially larger than a typical compact fixed-blade knife.
Wood & Bone Handle
The handle combines wood with animal bone inlays and metal fittings for a traditional appearance.
The oval handle profile is designed to provide a solid grip, while the butt cap includes an eyelet for attaching the supplied leather lanyard.
Viking-Style Leather Sheath
A vegetable-tanned leather sheath completes the historical presentation.
The sheath features period-inspired metal fittings, three suspension rings, and a split-strap system designed to recreate the appearance of traditional Viking-style belt carry.
Damascus Steel Care
Carbon-based Damascus steel should be kept clean and dry to help prevent corrosion.
After handling or display, wipe the blade clean and apply a light coat of suitable blade oil periodically. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and never store the blade wet inside its leather sheath.
