The Redstag Bijou™ Damascus Hunting Knife is a compact fixed blade combining patterned Damascus steel with a distinctive red stag antler handle and a traditional Western-style leather sheath.

At 7 inches overall, this knife features a 3-inch Damascus blade and a 4-inch handle. Its compact proportions make it a convenient choice for hunting, outdoor use, ranch carry, and fixed-blade collections.

The blade is forged from 240 layers of 5160 and 4340 carbon steel, producing the characteristic layered appearance of Damascus steel. A matching Damascus steel bolster complements the blade and provides an attractive transition into the natural stag handle.

The knife includes a vegetable-tanned leather cowboy sheath designed for horizontal side-mount belt carry.

Damascus Steel Care

Avoid prolonged exposure to wet or humid conditions, and never store the knife wet inside its leather sheath.
