The Olivecrest Field™ is a handcrafted fixed-blade skinning knife built around a compact 8-inch profile, combining a J2 stainless steel blade with naturally figured olive wood burl.
The 4-inch blade features a sweeping drop-point skinning profile with a flat-ground belly and subtle upper swedge. Its satin finish gives the blade a clean, understated appearance suited to an outdoor-focused knife.
The handle is constructed with natural olive wood burl scales, showcasing the swirling grain and warm golden-brown tones characteristic of burl wood. A decorative silver and brass mosaic pin, additional structural pin, and integrated lanyard tube complete the handle.
The knife uses a full-tang construction and includes a deep-brown leather pancake sheath with dual belt slots for convenient carry.

Care & Maintenance
Clean the knife by hand after use and dry the blade and handle thoroughly. Although J2 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance, keeping the blade clean and dry is recommended.
For longer storage, apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or suitable blade wax to the blade.
