Bluebone Rancher™ Damascus Castration Knife

The Bluebone Rancher™ Castration Knife is a compact handmade fixed-blade knife combining patterned Damascus steel with a distinctive blue-dyed cattle bone handle for traditional ranch and livestock utility.

The 3.25-inch blade is made from 240-layer forged carbon steel Damascus using 5160 and 4340 steels. Its compact proportions provide a controlled fixed-blade profile for ranch, farm, and livestock-related tasks.

The handle is crafted from blue-dyed cattle bone with a Micarta fiber liner, giving the knife a distinctive appearance while maintaining its traditional ranch-knife character.

At 6.25 inches overall and weighing approximately 3.3 oz, the Bluebone Rancher™ is compact and easy to handle. A vegetable-tanned leather sheath is included for carrying and protecting the knife.

Compact Ranch Utility Knife

The Bluebone Rancher™ combines a short fixed blade with a compact three-inch handle. Its Damascus blade, natural bone construction, and traditional leather sheath give it a distinctive ranch-style appearance.

Damascus Steel Care

Carbon steel Damascus should be cleaned and completely dried after use. Apply a light coating of suitable blade oil periodically to help protect the steel against moisture and corrosion.

Do not soak the knife in water or store it wet inside the leather sheath.

Because genuine cattle bone is used, natural variations in texture and the appearance of the blue dye may occur.
