The Boneforge Doublecrest™ Damascus Hunting Knife combines a 240-layer Damascus blade with natural cattle bone, black burlap Micarta, and a compact fixed-blade hunting design.

Measuring 8.5 inches overall, the knife features a 4-inch blade paired with a 4.5-inch handle. Its double-bevel fixed-blade profile makes it suitable for hunting, field work, camping, and general outdoor cutting tasks.

The blade is forged from 240 layers of 5160 and 4340 carbon steel, producing distinctive layered Damascus patterning.

The handle combines natural cattle bone with a Micarta fiber liner, while a black burlap Micarta bolster creates a contrasting transition between the blade and handle. A vegetable-tanned leather sheath provides both horizontal and vertical belt-carry options.

Bone & Black Micarta Handle

Because cattle bone is a natural material, color, markings, and surface character can vary between individual handles. Damascus patterns can also vary from blade to blade.

Dual-Carry Leather Sheath

A vegetable-tanned leather sheath is included with horizontal and vertical belt loops, allowing two different belt-carry configurations.

Damascus Steel Care

The 5160/4340 Damascus blade is made from carbon steels and requires regular care.

Clean and completely dry the blade after use. Periodically apply a thin coating of suitable blade oil to help protect against moisture and surface corrosion.

Avoid prolonged exposure to wet or humid conditions and never store the knife wet inside its leather sheath.
