At ARHAM CUTLERY Blade, we make each blade by hand, using old methods that have been used for many years. We start by choosing high-quality carbon steel, which is strong and stays sharp for a long time. The Carbon Steel we use is grade 5160, commonly known as Truck Leaf Spring Steel. The steel is heated in a fire until it's hot enough to be shaped.
Using hammers and simple tools, we carefully shape the blade to make sure every part is just right. This traditional way of forging makes the blade stronger and able to handle tough jobs. After the blade is shaped, we grind, sharpen, and polish it to give it a smooth and sharp edge.
We take great pride in making each blade by hand, keeping alive the old ways of blade making. Our blades are not only useful but also show the skill and care that goes into making them. By combining these traditional techniques with top-quality steel, we create blades that are both strong and beautiful, made to last for years.
