The Beefwood Crest™ combines hand-forged Damascus steel with an exotic natural Beefwood handle, creating a distinctive handmade fixed-blade skinner with a traditional field aesthetic.

Its 3.75-inch deep-belly skinner blade is forged from 256 layers of 1095 and 15N20 Damascus steel, with a listed hardness of 58–60 HRC. The compact 8-inch overall length gives the knife a balanced, practical profile.

The exotic natural Cowwood, also known as Beefwood, handle features a distinctive flecked grain pattern that gives every knife an individual appearance. Heavy-duty full-tang construction and a custom hand-stitched genuine cowhide leather sheath complete the design.

Care

Clean the blade after use and dry it completely with a clean cloth. Apply a light coat of suitable blade oil or wax to help protect the Damascus steel from moisture.

Store the knife in a cool, dry location and avoid prolonged direct contact between the blade and leather sheath.

The natural Beefwood handle can be maintained with an appropriate wood conditioner when necessary.

Handmade Character

Natural Beefwood has its own grain, color, and pattern. Damascus steel also develops individual pattern variations during forging. Because this knife is handmade from natural materials, slight differences in appearance and finish are expected and make each piece unique.
