Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
In the same condition as received
Unused, unworn, and with original tags
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take product quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged
You received the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the product you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without needing to provide a reason. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
