Behind the Scenes – How Our Handmade Knives Are Crafted
At Arham Cutlery, every knife begins as a raw vision — shaped by fire, forged by hand, and perfected with passion.
Our process starts with premium-grade 1080 and 15N20 steel, carefully layered and folded to create the iconic Damascus pattern. This not only enhances beauty but strengthens the blade’s structure.
🔥 Forging – Our blacksmiths heat and hammer the steel into shape, layer by layer, building the strength and signature pattern that defines a Damascus blade.
🧼 Grinding & Polishing – After shaping, each knife is ground to razor sharpness, then polished to bring out the natural texture of the blade and handle.
🪵 Handle Making – We select natural materials like rosewood, camel bone, and ram horn, shaping them to fit perfectly in your hand. The result? A knife that’s as comfortable as it is beautiful.
🧵 Final Touches – Every blade is paired with a hand-stitched leather sheath, customized for fit and style.
It’s more than a knife. It’s the story of tradition, skill, and soul — forged into every cut.
