In Norse mythology the raven is usually depicted as a wise, all-knowing messenger and often is associated with being a bird of prophecy, a protector, and a helper.

This highly swingable huge double bit axe comes with a part burned and waxed haft to bring out the natural grain of the wood, it has been wrapped on the grip and choke with thick black leather and has been meticulously hand burned with a geometric raven design and 'Raven' in runes.
