Ironrose Serbian™ Cleaver Knife
The Ironrose Serbian™ Cleaver Knife is a handmade kitchen cleaver combining a broad stainless steel blade with a traditional rosewood handle for meat preparation, chopping, slicing, and general kitchen work.
The knife features a 6 7/8-inch blade made from 440-C high-carbon stainless steel with vacuum heat treatment. At 5/32 inch thick, the broad blade gives this cleaver its substantial Serbian-style profile.
The handle is crafted from rosewood with nickel-silver and fiber inserts, adding traditional wood character and contrasting details to the knife.
Measuring 11.5 inches overall, the Ironrose Serbian™ offers a substantial kitchen-cleaver profile while maintaining a manageable overall size.
A vegetable-tanned cowhide leather sheath is included for protecting the blade during storage and transport.

Serbian Cleaver Profile
The broad blade gives the Ironrose Serbian™ the distinctive shape associated with Serbian-style cleaver knives.
Its 6 7/8-inch blade provides plenty of cutting surface for kitchen preparation, including meat, vegetables, and other everyday food-prep tasks.
Rosewood Handle
The natural rosewood handle is accented with nickel-silver and fiber inserts, creating a traditional handcrafted appearance that complements the broad stainless steel blade.
Because wood is a natural material, individual handles can show variations in grain, tone, and pattern.
Knife Care
Hand wash the cleaver after use and dry it completely before storage.
Although 440-C is a stainless steel, keeping the blade clean and dry will help preserve its finish. Avoid prolonged soaking and do not place the knife in a dishwasher.
Keep the cutting edge protected when the knife is not in use and make sure the leather sheath is dry before long-term storage.
